Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of sourcing and accounts‑payable software implementations, from initial planning through support. The role involves direct client interaction, coordination across departments, and support for procurement and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end implementation and documentation of sourcing software solutions.
• Lead implementation and support of AP processing and ICR‑based data extractor software.
• Prepare professional proposals for procurement and public procurement projects.
• Support the sales team with presentations and event participation.
• Handle tender accounting, payment requisitions, and communication with competition participants.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
• Provide ongoing support to procurement processes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing (as buyer or vendor).
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
