Production Controller

About the role

DustPhotonics, now part of Credo, is seeking a Production Controller to join its Operations team. The role will manage day‑to‑day execution of the semiconductor supply chain, linking the approved production plan with on‑site execution and ensuring data integrity in the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) across all manufacturing sites and maintain real‑time visibility of wafers and lots.
• Track material movements between silicon FABs, wafer‑level testing facilities and dicing vendors to prevent delays.
• Support demand and shipping commitments by analysing sales forecasts, current WIP and vendor execution, and providing data‑backed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate production data in the ERP system, including WIP, material transfers and inventory status.
• Coordinate silicon FAB scheduling, wafer‑level testing logistics, and dicing hand‑offs.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for foundries, testing facilities and other manufacturing partners.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of production control or material planning experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations or optoelectronics.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite and/or Priority ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
