Product Manager – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Operations to shape and scale the core execution engine that powers couriers, dispatchers and city managers across more than 40 cities. You will turn operational complexity into reliable, automated systems that drive efficiency and protect margins.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Courier App experience from onboarding through delivery, cash handling and performance reporting.
• Design and launch real‑time dispatch and operational tools that enable data‑driven execution.
• Build and maintain cash‑operations infrastructure for cash‑heavy markets, reducing discrepancies.
• Optimize order‑lifecycle logic, zoning, delivery‑time estimation and marketplace balance.
• Continuously experiment to lower cost‑per‑order, improve delivery efficiency and increase scalability.
• Replace manual processes with automation and visibility across all cities.
• Develop systems that scale with order volume and new city launches without proportional operational overhead.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building operations or internal products.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Technical background that facilitates close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize, influence stakeholders and drive alignment in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Bonus: experience in logistics, marketplaces or last‑mile delivery.
