Product Manager

About the role

Israel Hayom is seeking a full-time Product Manager to lead the development, execution and optimisation of its digital products. Based on-site in the Tel Aviv District, you will shape user experiences and drive product success for one of Israel’s leading media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and data analysis to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and specifications.
• Manage product lifecycles, timelines and KPIs using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality digital solutions that align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, creating roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
• Strong background in user research, data analysis and specification definition.
• Experience working with Agile processes, project-management tools and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv District.
