About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to shape Vinst’s AI‑driven home‑cooking platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will have full visibility of R&D resources and help steer company‑wide planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own the cooking product experience from the first spark of inspiration through to the printed cookbook.
- Support colleagues building internal AI tools by providing product expertise, framing problems, and defining when a tool is sufficient.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of company capacity and drive weekly, quarterly, and yearly planning discussions with the executive team.
- Prototype and test ideas quickly, turning concepts into working demos to validate decisions.
Required profile
- Strong purpose‑driven mindset focused on improving the food system through home cooking.
- Open‑minded team player who embraces AI‑driven change and helps others adapt.
- Fluent with AI coding tools and able to build functional prototypes.
- Scientific degree (required) and 2–3 years experience as a product manager or engineer.
