Solution Advisor, Professional Services

About the role

Zip is the world’s leading intake‑to‑procure solution and is expanding its Professional Services team. The Solution Advisor will act as the primary engagement lead and the “face of Zip” for customers after implementation, guiding them through expansion, system enhancements and ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑implementation engagements, serving as the main point of contact for expansion, system enhancements and stabilization initiatives.
• Deep‑dive into client requirements to creatively configure Zip, solving complex business problems without extensive coding.
• Deliver high‑impact training sessions to empower stakeholders to navigate and manage Zip independently.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel customer feedback into the product roadmap and work with Account Management to maintain long‑term account health.
• Continuously refine the Managed Services delivery model to maximize customer value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P systems, procurement, finance, tax, operations consulting, managed services or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.
• Direct experience implementing or administering tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage or QuickBooks.
• Proven ability to push back on requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset that anticipates client needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for leading client cadences and workshops.
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves to build configurations while managing executive relationships.
