Product Designer – Cross‑Platform

About the role

Houzz is seeking a cross‑platform Product Designer with a growth mindset to make an immediate impact on its flagship product. You will work in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to create intuitive, high‑quality experiences for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable concepts for multiple platforms and content types, taking ideas from business need to pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while continuously brainstorming new ideas and optimizing existing experiences.
• Work within the established design system, while identifying opportunities to evolve the design language.
• Collaborate openly with cross‑functional teams, providing and receiving feedback to ensure the best possible user experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping product designs that solve real user problems.
• Deep understanding of the problems you are solving, balancing business requirements and technical constraints.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Awareness of current product‑design trends for web and mobile.
• Self‑motivated, intelligent, and able to learn quickly.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to mentor peers.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, cross‑time‑zone environment.
