Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Oak & Luna, a global D2C jewelry brand, is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its paid social efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic campaign planning, creative‑informed execution, and relentless optimization across Meta and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta campaigns, the brand’s largest paid channel.
• Manage paid social activities on TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola and other emerging platforms.
• Design and run structured A/B tests, analyse performance data and produce actionable reports.
• Experiment with new targeting approaches, audience segments and creative formats to uncover growth drivers.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across existing and emerging channels.
• Collaborate closely with creative, retention and site teams to ensure campaign alignment with landing pages and overall user experience.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads, with additional experience on TikTok, Pinterest or Taboola considered a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with Excel and AI‑assisted tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Independent, highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written English.
