Part‑time Application DBA (Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint)

About the role

The organization in Jerusalem seeks a part‑time Application DBA to manage and support the on‑premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint environments. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the application infrastructure in a complex enterprise setting.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM On‑Premises and SharePoint On‑Premises infrastructure.
• Manage application servers, services, environments, and related SQL Server databases.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and conduct log analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform installations, updates, and version upgrades.
• Handle backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Implement and enforce information‑security policies, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with development, system, DBA, network, security, and vendor teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating and maintaining application infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM On‑Premises, including servers, services, and databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft SharePoint On‑Premises and SharePoint farms.
• Strong background in SQL Server operations, performance tuning, backup and recovery.
• Experience with IIS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
