Partnerships & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are building a new growth division that helps the world’s largest retailers and manufacturers unlock value from excess and obsolete inventory. The division creates bespoke, revenue‑sharing partnerships that recover significantly higher value for suppliers. You will work directly with the CEO to open doors and build strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your senior‑level network to introduce the CEO to decision‑makers facing surplus inventory challenges.
• Identify major businesses holding excess, obsolete, or slow‑moving stock and arrange strategic meetings.
• Collaborate with the CEO to design tailored inventory recovery solutions.
• Represent the division at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Established senior‑level network within retail, manufacturing, or supply‑chain sectors.
• Credibility and ability to secure executive‑level introductions.
• Proven track record in retail buying, procurement, international trading, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, supply‑chain management, or import‑export.
• Hands‑on experience working onsite in factory settings.
• Flawless spoken and written English.
