Operations Project Manager

About the role

AGEERA is a fast‑growing climate‑tech company building Israel’s next‑generation Virtual Power Plant and Energy Management System. We are looking for an Operations Project Manager who will own the end‑to‑end execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction sites, turning strategic plans into on‑ground results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed operational work plans, gather project materials, and coordinate contractor workflows.
• Track daily project status, identify bottlenecks, resolve delays, and maintain full operational control.
• Act as the primary company representative on BESS sites, supervising contractors against schedule and technical requirements.
• Lead status meetings, manage multidisciplinary field teams, and resolve punch‑list items before handover.
• Maintain real‑time documentation, task updates, and tracking in Jira and other project‑management software.
• Proactively solve unexpected field challenges with creative, on‑site solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operational project management, construction management, or site supervision within engineering, civil construction, or infrastructure.
• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently nationwide and adapt working hours to project demands.
• Strong autonomy, initiative, and problem‑solving skills in field environments.
