On‑Site Technical Support Specialist & PC Technician

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Technical Support Specialist / PC Technician to join a large, stable enterprise in Jerusalem. The role involves hands‑on assistance for end‑users, ensuring all endpoint devices operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line, on‑site technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and AV equipment.
• Execute hardware and software deployments and updates.
• Maintain communication and server rooms, including cabling and equipment organization.
• Manage IT inventory systems and track assets.
• Deliver technical guidance, user onboarding and training.

Required profile

• Certified PC Technician credential or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in technical IT support.
• Strong command of technical English (reading and comprehension).
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Printer, scanner and multimedia/AV equipment support.
• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• IT inventory management.
