On-site Recruiter – Contract (Tel Aviv)

About the role

Regolith is seeking a contract Recruiter to join its Tel Aviv office. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of positions that support the company’s equipment, asset, and logistics operations across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers.
• Maintain structured candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
• Update and manage recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in industrial, logistics or asset‑intensive sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Business‑level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
