Mechanical Engineer – Design & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop mechanical infrastructure systems that support manufacturing and process equipment in complex high‑tech projects. You will join Exyte’s multidisciplinary team and contribute to sectors such as semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical designs, calculations, specifications and detailed drawings for mechanical infrastructure.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with project managers, equipment suppliers and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in concept design, detailed engineering, design reviews and final documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced project environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyse mechanical drawings, technical specifications and engineering documentation.
• Experience with computerized engineering environments and document management systems.
