Mechanical Engineer – Design & Development (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Beit HaEmek. The role involves designing, developing and implementing mechanical and electromechanical solutions while supporting production and ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement mechanical designs and electromechanical mechanisms.
• Provide production support and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with hardware, electronics, software and cross‑functional design teams.
• Work with outsourced validation and manufacturing partners to secure timely delivery of systems and devices.
• Develop electro‑mechanical enclosures and packaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong experience with CAD tools, especially SolidWorks, from concept through detailed design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as accurate milling, metal casting, 3D printing and sheet‑metal fabrication.
• Experience transferring designs to high‑volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Ability to compose technical reports, perform static analysis and calculations, and manage ECOs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
