Maths Program Development Coordinator

About the role

The Maths Program Development Coordinator will support the continuous evolution of the MathRiders curriculum at Helen Doron. Working from the Misgav headquarters, you will coordinate project timelines, collaborate with international partners, and contribute to the creation of high‑quality educational content.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development and updates of MathRiders pedagogical materials from planning through delivery.
• Manage the publishing of content to the Teacher LMS, ensuring accessibility and alignment with program releases.
• Lead localization efforts for international markets, acting as the primary liaison between franchisees and the design team.
• Participate in content creation, reviewing existing resources and proposing enhancements.
• Teach MathRiders classes (3‑4 hours per week) at a local learning centre and provide classroom‑based feedback.
• Support departmental goals and collaborate within a multicultural, international team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching mathematics to preschool or primary‑age children.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
