About the role
Are you an experienced attorney looking to take the next step in Capital Markets & Corporate Governance? We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Secretary Division and take part in key corporate, regulatory and business activities.
Key responsibilities
- Corporate governance & Securities Law matters
- MAGNA, TASE & ISA regulatory reporting
- Support for the Board of Directors and its committees
- M&A, related-party transactions & capital raising
- Securities compliance and regulatory matters
- Work with senior management, directors, regulators, investors & external counsel
Required profile
- Active Israeli Bar License – Mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Securities Law – Mandatory
- Experience with Securities Law reporting
- Public company Corporate Secretary experience or leading Capital Markets law firm – Strong advantage
- Excellent Hebrew & English
- Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills
