Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

Camtek is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, produce, and manage technical training programs for its high‑tech semiconductor solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure that training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple departments to create and update technical training materials, including video tutorials and documentation.
• Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere and coordinate with technical writers and instructors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery of training programs across the organization.
• Maintain and administer all training activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.
• Track training effectiveness and continuously improve learning pathways.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development within a high‑tech environment.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere (video editing)
• Adobe Illustrator (optional but beneficial)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Docebo preferred
• Familiarity with AI‑based training tools or systems
