Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Junior Project Manager to lead customer‑facing projects from kickoff through successful delivery. The role blends project ownership, customer relationship management, operational execution, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end‑to‑end, from kickoff to implementation and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring high execution quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth, timely delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and issues and drive them to resolution.
• Communicate project status, next steps, and expectations clearly to customers.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience and ensure commitments, deadlines, and expectations are met.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience, including work with U.S.‑based customers.
• Strong customer‑facing and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective collaboration across multiple teams and functions.
• Technical orientation with quick learning of new systems, products, and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (nice to have).
