Junior Product Designer

About the role

Jeen.AI is looking for a Junior Product Designer to help shape the user experience of its generative AI platform. You will work closely with product and development teams to create scalable, high‑quality designs for complex enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a modular design system that supports product scalability and ensures visual consistency.
• Lead end‑to‑end design processes, including research, UX flows, and high‑precision UI design.
• Collaborate with product, development, and project teams to align goals and deliver polished, functional experiences.
• Integrate design work into existing workflows while identifying gaps and driving improvements in tools and methodology.
• Design new features and refine existing interfaces based on user insights, industry trends, and business objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in product design, preferably on complex systems or platform UX.
• Strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process and problem‑solving approach.
• Hands‑on experience with design system architecture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
