IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Cellebrite is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join its global IT team based in Israel. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management, monitoring and optimisation of the company’s data‑center, server, storage, Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments across both on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management and monitoring of global server and storage infrastructure, on‑prem and cloud.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system‑management tools.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems for worldwide operations.
• Provide Tier‑3 IT support and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments and global teams to meet business objectives.
• Meet and exceed service‑level agreements and delivery targets.
• Drive process improvement and automation, leveraging AI tools and evaluating new technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and AD Connect.
• 3+ years experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x.
• Proven experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx, IAM, VPC, KMS).
• Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
