IT Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our global IT team based in Israel. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management, monitoring and optimisation of our on‑premise and cloud data‑centre, servers, storage and Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall management and monitoring of Cellebrite’s server and storage infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system‑management tools.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems for worldwide operations.
• Provide Tier‑3 support and act as an escalation point for complex IT incidents.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives, drive automation and evaluate new technologies, including AI‑based tools.
• Collaborate with global teams and other departments to meet service‑level agreements and improve processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and AD Connect.
• Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience designing, deploying and managing Azure IAM, SSO, RBAC and core M365 services.
• 3+ years of experience with VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x).
• Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx, IAM, VPC, KMS) and security.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid OS administration on Windows Server/Client, Linux and macOS.
• Familiarity with endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro) and enterprise storage/backup solutions (NetApp, QNAP, BlueXP).
