IT Support Technician

About the role

abra professional services is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its team in central Israel. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to roughly 400 employees, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for computers, peripherals and software across the organisation.
• Install, maintain and update Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and related applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including endpoint equipment.
• Work with servers, backup systems and communication networks to maintain service continuity.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the service‑desk ticketing system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Technician with hands‑on troubleshooting of hardware, software and endpoint devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• High customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑learning attitude, initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
