IT Support Specialist

About the role

UVeye is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing Tel Aviv office. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, connectivity and AV issues, ensuring fast and reliable service for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for hardware, software, network and AV equipment, communicating clearly with end users.
• Manage device provisioning and onboarding using JumpCloud, Okta and laptop configuration for Mac, Windows and Linux.
• Support and maintain conference‑room AV systems (PTZ cameras, mixers, microphones, displays, speakers) and create user guides.
• Document and maintain server‑room infrastructure, including cable mapping, backup appliances, DGX GPU servers and network hardware (access points, switches, firewalls).
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance windows for critical infrastructure while minimizing business impact.
• Lead IT projects such as RBAC rollouts, SaaS license tracking and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security and HR on GDPR and Israeli privacy compliance, and assist with penetration testing and DLP initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, from quote sourcing to installation coordination.
• Maintain a clean Jira ticketing system, resolve tickets within SLA and track KPI metrics.
• Write runbooks, internal guides and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with a device‑management platform (e.g., JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune).
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and an SSO/IAM solution such as Okta.
• Comfortable supporting Mac, Windows and Linux environments.
