IT Engineer – Endpoint Management & Support

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of endpoint management, security, and emerging AI‑driven tools, ensuring a seamless experience for all users across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line user support via help‑desk calls, tickets, walk‑ins and email, documenting resolutions and following up for satisfaction.
• Assist with account logins, password resets, VPN connections, firewall permissions, server access, certificates and related tasks.
• Set up, install and configure new computers, networks and software for both Windows and Mac platforms.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for the IL site as part of a team.
• Support Microsoft AD, Google Workspace, Office 365, Intune, Zoom and other third‑party applications.
• Administer Windows and Mac endpoints through Microsoft Intune, handling device enrollment, app deployment, policy configuration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain hardware such as printers, projectors and peripherals, and coordinate with vendors for orders, support and licensing.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation and daily IT tasks.
• Oversee the IT ticketing system and ensure its smooth operation.

Required profile

• 2.5–5 years of proven experience in IT support or engineering, preferably within a tech company.
• Strong service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, “get‑things‑done” mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.

• Windows and macOS environments
• Microsoft Intune (device configuration, app deployment, enrollment, policies)
• Google Workspace, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Office 365
• Networking basics – switches, VLANs, APs, VPNs
• Security protocols – firewalls, EDR/XDR, DLP
• AI tools for automation and ticketing optimization
• Scripting – PowerShell, Python, Bash (preferred)
• Identity & access management – SSO, SAML, user provisioning
• SaaS administration – Slack, Zoom, DocuSign
• Familiarity with Linux, VMware, AWS, Palo Alto Networks, Cato Networks (advantageous)
