Intelligence Field Officer / Intelligence Interrogator

About the role

The Israeli Security Agency is recruiting Intelligence Field Officers and Interrogators to support its core intelligence operations. The position blends office‑based analysis with extensive field work, offering a challenging and rewarding career in national security. Training begins in November 2026 or March 2027 and lasts nine intensive months, with an additional language acquisition phase for some candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate and disseminate intelligence relevant to national security threats.
• Conduct interrogations and debriefings of subjects in accordance with legal and operational guidelines.
• Perform field operations, including surveillance, reconnaissance and tactical missions.
• Prepare written reports and brief senior leadership on findings.
• Collaborate with other units and agencies to coordinate security efforts.

Required profile

• Academic degree (BA or higher) or eligibility to obtain one before training.
• Completion of compulsory military service; veterans of field units are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, command or managerial experience.
• Good physical health and ability to operate in demanding field conditions.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to a long‑term career.
