Integrated Care Technical Specialist

About the role

Vectorious is seeking an Integrated Care Technical Specialist to join its Support team. You will work directly with patients, healthcare providers, and clinical sites to ensure the successful use of the V‑LAPEX system across Israel and international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures in the cath‑lab environment.
• Communicate with healthcare providers about Vectorious products and resolve technical issues.
• Remote‑monitor patient usage and system health, providing guidance during first‑time use.
• Guide healthcare providers remotely to assist patients with the V‑LAPEX system.
• Diagnose and solve field problems to ensure proper device operation.
• Capture patient feedback and relay it internally.
• Daily monitoring and analysis of patient data.
• Identify usability and performance issues and contribute to their implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on field experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Cath‑lab experience.
• Relevant academic degree or engineering technician qualification.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 % of the time.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with programming and statistical tools (Python is a plus).
• Basic electronics knowledge (advantageous).
