Import & Export Coordinator – International Logistics

About the role

Biotop Professional, a global cosmetics manufacturing company, is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to manage international shipments and logistics. You will act as the bridge between suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams across Israel and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers and customers globally.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage international trade documentation and oversee customs clearance.
• Track delivery schedules, monitor logistics costs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Israel and abroad to align logistics activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import, export, and international logistics.
• Proven track record working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Strong experience preparing trade documentation and handling customs clearance.
• Very high level of English proficiency.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using an ERP system.
