Hardware Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced hardware engineer to join Speria’s product development team. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering complete hardware solutions that meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards, components and complete systems.
• Create and maintain detailed hardware design, testing and quality‑control documentation.
• Collaborate with design, development and customer‑support teams to optimise performance, manufacturability and cost.
• Lead end‑to‑end development activities: schematics, layout, component selection, testing and production support.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation and compliance verification of hardware against specifications.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of hardware defects and implement preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a computer hardware engineer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OrCad.
• Experience using PCB editor/design tools.
