About the role

Binary Spirit is seeking a part‑time Growth Hacker to accelerate user engagement across its three‑step spiritual program, podcasts, content, and events. This remote position focuses on designing data‑driven experiments that boost acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments to improve conversion funnels and landing pages.
• Track and interpret web and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to craft growth‑focused campaigns and refine messaging.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, continuously measuring results and reporting insights.
• Iterate on strategies to ensure sustainable, data‑informed growth.

Required profile

• Strong background in growth hacking and conversion optimization.
• Experience with digital products or content platforms.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
