Global HR Operations & HRIS Manager

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking an experienced Global HR Operations & HRIS Manager to lead and optimize HR operations, systems, and processes across its worldwide workforce. You will own key lifecycle processes, drive automation, and partner with multiple functions to support rapid global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, mobility, relocation, offboarding, and rehires.
• Partner with HRIS to drive process improvement initiatives from planning through adoption.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence across the People organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate manual or fragmented processes through technology and automation.
• Maintain and improve HR documentation, approvals, notifications, and lifecycle workflows.
• Ensure operational compliance and data‑integrity consistency across HR systems.
• Support reporting and people‑data initiatives for informed decision‑making.
• Lead AI adoption across HR, identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage an HR Operations team in a fast‑paced global environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or HR Systems roles.
• Strong experience managing HR systems and optimizing HR processes.
• Proven experience leading HR Operations or HRIS projects.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and workflow design.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Background in a global, fast‑paced technology company.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
