FX Sales Retention Agent (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated FX Sales Retention Agent who is fluent in French to join our team in Ramat Gan. In this role you will help convert high‑quality leads into long‑term customers and ensure they receive top‑class service throughout their relationship with us.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on retention and upselling opportunities.
• Convert high‑quality leads into long‑lasting customers and increase the likelihood of future sales.
• Provide timely, high‑level service to clients at every touchpoint.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial market developments that may affect client needs.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (both oral and written).
• Previous experience in client retention within the Forex & CFD industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Strong objection‑handling capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
