Full Stack Next.js Developer, Customer‑Facing Web (AI‑First)

About the role

Bridgify is building the infrastructure behind the global travel experiences economy. As a Full Stack Next.js Developer you will own the entire customer‑facing web stack, delivering fast, discoverable, and revenue‑driving experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Next.js application (client and server side), including App Router, server components, server actions, API routes, caching, and rendering strategy.
• Design and implement the user experience across the consumer marketplace, Marketplace Management System, and reporting tools, maintaining high standards for design, speed, and accessibility.
• Drive discoverability and conversion through technical SEO, GEO targeting, and AI‑driven search integration.
• Optimize web performance to meet Core Web Vitals and load‑speed targets.
• Ship features end‑to‑end, from specification and architecture through deployment and monitoring.
• Manage the data layer: write complex SQL, tune queries, and ensure seamless interaction with PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate closely with Product and backend Django teams, providing technical guidance and raising architectural concerns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on full‑stack Next.js development in production.
• Proven experience delivering public‑facing web applications with strong UX/UI sensibility.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, AI‑driven search, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Solid grasp of web performance, accessibility, and modern frontend architecture.
• Expertise in relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, with ability to write and optimise complex SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions, indexing).
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated code and make sound engineering decisions.
