Front Office Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and maintaining the highest international hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day Front Office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and room allocation.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop Front Office staff and supervisors.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budget performance and productivity.
• Manage scheduling and workforce planning according to operational needs.
• Implement IHG brand standards, hotel procedures and safety regulations.
• Analyze operational reports and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a Front Office department of a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven ability to manage teams and front‑line supervisors.
• Strong leadership with a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system.
