Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Club Med Resorts you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide information and personalize customer relations.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, handle the telephone switchboard and maintain guest information media.
• Collect invoices, control deferred operations and ensure accurate invoicing for stays and on‑site sales.
• Collaborate with room staff, laundry, catering and other departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Promote internal sales, uphold Club Med health and safety standards and protect resort assets.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive and solution‑oriented.
• Multilingual – fluent in at least two languages and comfortable with an international clientele.
