Forward Deployed Consultant

About the role

Our Professional Services team is looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to train, advise, and build AI‑native solutions on the monday.com platform, helping customers through AI transformation, implementation, or managed services engagements. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in our Tel Aviv office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements, designing and building tailored solutions using agents, vibe‑coded applications, and other advanced capabilities of the monday.com AI work platform.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, run discovery workshops, and ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
• Consult on business process design, map work flows, and recommend process changes before solution build.
• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within monday.com, partnering with technical resources for data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.
• Leverage monday AI and external generative/agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design and automate complex business logic.
• Act as project manager on standalone engagements, creating and executing project plans to keep deliverables on‑time and on‑budget.
• Run webinars, training sessions, consultations, and one‑on‑one demos that translate product capabilities into business value.
• Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts that enable customers to operate, maintain, and extend built solutions.
• Represent the voice of the customer, influencing the product roadmap, and contribute reusable assets to the shared library.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
• Native or high‑level English and Hebrew language skills.
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects involving hands‑on build and system configuration.
• Fluency in generative and agentic AI tools with a strong understanding of AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI reliability practices, including human review and deterministic automation decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures.
• Business process design and consulting experience with the ability to frame engagements around customer outcomes.
• Working knowledge of integration platforms (make.com, Zapier) and foundational API knowledge (GraphQL).
• Excellent customer‑facing and presentation skills, able to communicate technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and possess superb written and verbal communication.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
