About the role
The Flight Operations Officer (also known as Operations Control Officer) works from our headquarters in Petah Tikva, coordinating daily flight activities and handling real‑time changes. This full‑time, shift‑based position collaborates closely with flight crews, dispatchers and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient airline operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust flight schedules in response to operational needs.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, air traffic control (ATC) and flight crews.
- Respond to disruptions, implement contingency plans and minimise impact on passengers.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Log operational events and conduct post‑flight analysis.
Required profile
- Prior experience in operations control or airline dispatch (advantageous).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
