Financial Controller – Public Real Estate Company

About the role

We are a leading publicly traded real estate company seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team in Tel Aviv. The role offers high visibility and the chance to shape financial reporting and compliance for a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review and publication of quarterly and annual financial statements in full compliance with IFRS and ISA/TASE regulations.
• Oversee internal control mechanisms, manage cash‑flow and treasury projections, and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Handle corporate tax matters, conduct balance‑sheet analyses and manage complex accounting transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior executive management while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification – mandatory.
• Experience at a Big 4 firm auditing publicly traded companies or prior role as Assistant Controller in a public company.
• Strong self‑management, proactive ownership and excellent analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Expertise in public‑company financial reporting and ISA/TASE compliance.
• Tax accounting and corporate tax compliance.
• Balance‑sheet analysis and complex accounting transaction handling.
• Cash‑flow management and treasury projection.
