Financial Controller – Manufacturing

About the role

Electrotherm Industry is seeking a full‑time Financial Controller to join its finance team in Migdal HaEmek. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day financial operations of a global industrial company that supplies turnkey thermal solutions for aerospace, medical and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, execute monthly and quarterly close processes, and prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecast cash flow, analyse variances and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accounting policies, internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and liaise with auditors and government agencies.
• Support cost‑control initiatives, pricing decisions and investment evaluations across operations and project teams.
• Lead and develop the accounting assistant and drive continuous improvement of ERP reporting and control processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial accounting, reporting and general ledger management.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost control within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes and regulatory compliance; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; CPA license mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar controller or senior accountant role, preferably in a global or export‑oriented company.
