Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting and control function end‑to‑end. This senior leadership position offers broad ownership over financial close, reporting, tax, treasury, and system automation while building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close across multiple legal entities and geographies.
• Lead controllership under US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Manage external audit, tax compliance, treasury, cash‑flow and banking relationships.
• Oversee statutory and financial reporting, board and investor reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of NetSuite and implement AI‑based process automation.
• Supervise procurement, bookkeeping, payroll, AR, billing and collections.
• Build, mentor and develop the accounting and control team.
• Provide FP&A support: modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Administer employee equity and ESOP in partnership with HR and external trustees.

Required profile

• Certified CPA (Israel) – mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including time at an audit firm.
• Proven people‑management and team‑building experience.
• Strong process and systems orientation, with experience in automation and AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
