About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Financial Controller who will act as a strategic partner and owner of our global finance function. You will shape processes, drive improvements and provide clear financial insight in a fast‑moving tech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of global financial reporting, consolidations and day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Design, implement and continuously optimise financial processes, integrating modern tech and AI tools.
- Work independently, reporting directly to a remote global executive with high autonomy.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support decision‑making through precise financial analysis.
Required profile
- Proven, hands‑on experience with NetSuite (must‑have).
- 2–3+ years of finance experience in tech companies or fast‑paced startups.
- Proactive builder mindset, comfortable with autonomy, AI and automation.
- Exceptional verbal and written English for global collaboration.
