Field Sales Representative – Technical Solutions

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive growth in a defined territory by identifying new market opportunities, building strong technical relationships, and delivering Arrow’s full portfolio of electronics and supply‑chain solutions. This role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction and revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define critical markets and target customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to establish a solid foundation for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with key customer contacts, addressing design opportunities and business challenges.
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s value‑add, supply‑chain, and full‑life‑cycle programs.
• Utilise sales tracking systems, including Salesforce.com and Oracle, to monitor pipeline and performance.
• Collaborate with key suppliers to enhance product offerings and pricing programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing models and programs within the electronics industry.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive demand creation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategic plans and business reviews.
