Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive growth in a defined territory by identifying new markets, building strategic relationships, and delivering Arrow’s full portfolio of electronic components and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define critical markets and acquire new customers, planning strategies to establish a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with existing contacts, addressing design opportunities and business challenges.
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s value‑add, supply‑chain, and full‑life‑cycle programs.
• Utilize sales tracking systems such as Salesforce.com and Oracle to monitor performance and forecast demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the electronics industry, preferably with technical and engineering customers.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; advanced degree acceptable.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and drive demand creation.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical environment.
