Expert Frontend Engineer

About the role

Wiz is looking for an Expert Frontend Engineer to join its R&D team and help shape the user experience of the Wiz Portal – a unified platform used by security, DevOps, and engineering teams worldwide. You will turn massive‑scale cloud data into intuitive, high‑performance visualizations and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the Wiz Portal using a modern stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Apollo, Tailwind, and related tools.
• Own the full UI lifecycle, from design and architecture through development, testing, and production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to define API schemas and data contracts.
• Optimize frontend performance, scalability, and stability for large‑scale applications.
• Maintain continuous integration, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines for the frontend codebase.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering with React and TypeScript.
• Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Proactive, "can‑do" attitude and openness to cross‑functional collaboration.
