Experienced Technical Recruiter – Technology Services

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology positions. You will work closely with leading private and government clients, guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for technology roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and attract candidates via social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and professional assessments.
• Support candidates throughout the process, from initial contact to final stage.
• Present and promote shortlisted candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with clients across private and government sectors to meet hiring goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while meeting targets.
• High motivation and strong desire for professional growth.
