Experienced Bookkeeper – Hybrid (Yokneam)

About the role

K2view, a fast‑growing data‑management software company, is looking for a seasoned Bookkeeper to join its finance team. You will ensure the accuracy of financial records for both local and foreign entities and support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, including billing and collection.
• Review AP/AR aging and manage collections.
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations and record all transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, expenses and calculate prepaid and accrued items.
• Handle ITA and VAT reporting and payments.
• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles.
• Conduct monthly analytical comparisons of financial data.
• Support financial audits, reviews and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments and external auditors to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper (type 3) with at least 7 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices and procedures.
• Fluent English (spoken, written, reading).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software – Priority (advantage).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with AI tools in accounting and finance (advantage).
