Engineering Operations Manager

About the role

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is looking for a strategic Engineering Operations Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives that shape how engineering functions at scale. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Engineering Operations and acts as a change agent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives from definition through execution and transition to business‑as‑usual.
• Serve as a project‑management expert, mentoring teams on best practices and methodologies.
• Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define milestones, success metrics, and ensure alignment.
• Translate Mastercard enterprise priorities into pragmatic engineering execution.
• Own technical asset catalog accuracy and represent engineering within Mastercard systems.
• Design and deliver onboarding, learning, and innovation programs such as bootcamps, immersion sessions, and hackathons.
• Leverage Mastercard resources to strengthen engineering practices, including AI adoption.
