Engine Maintenance Engineer (MRO)

About the role

The Aviation Division’s MRO facility is seeking an Engine Maintenance Engineer to join its professional engineering team. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining jet engines to ensure aircraft return to operational service safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engine receiving, inspection, repair, and ongoing maintenance processes.
• Lead engineering processes and drive technical problem‑solving activities.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple interfaces to guarantee engine availability and meet organisational goals.
• Represent the engineering function with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Analyze technical failures and implement corrective actions in line with strict aviation standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, project managers, engineering teams, and global customers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (mandatory).
• High‑level English proficiency for professional discussions with international customers.

Required skills

• Jet engine maintenance experience (advantageous).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
