Engagement Manager – Lead Client Projects

About the role

The Engagement Manager will lead client engagements from start to finish, driving performance improvements and delivering high‑impact solutions. You will work closely with clients across various industries, spending most of your time on‑site to ensure seamless execution and tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day leadership and execution of client projects, typically managing teams of 3–5 consultants.
• Guide problem‑solving activities, ensure high‑quality delivery, and provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.
• Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches tailored to client needs.
• Manage engagements of varying length, from short‑term diagnostics (≈3 months) to multi‑phase transformations (up to 18 months).
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence (4–5 days per week) at client locations, including headquarters or manufacturing plants.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
