Demand Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Supply Planner to manage weekly, seasonal and annual supply planning for agricultural raw materials used in dairy and food manufacturing plants. The role ensures that material flows align with production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans on a weekly, seasonal and annual basis for agricultural raw materials and industrial dairy products.
• Monitor actual versus planned receipts and adjust plans to address variances.
• Track performance against targets for production, supply, inventory and shipments, providing regular reporting.
• Collaborate with Production, Technology, Marketing and Sales to resolve complex operational trade‑offs.
• Identify current and future seasonal bottlenecks across the value chain and propose mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams such as Production, Technology, Marketing and Sales.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address operational trade‑offs and bottlenecks.
